How do I connect my Meta (Facebook) Ad Account?

To connect your Meta Ad Account:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
  2. Click "Connect Meta Account"
  3. Log in with your Facebook credentials
  4. Grant permissions for ad account access
  5. Select the ad accounts you want to analyze

Make sure you have admin access to the Business Manager and ad accounts you want to connect.

How do I connect my TikTok Ads Manager?

To connect your TikTok Ads Manager:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect TikTok Ads"
  3. Authorize access to your TikTok for Business account
  4. Select the advertiser accounts to include
  5. Confirm the connection

You need advertiser-level access to connect TikTok ad accounts.

Why is my data not updating in real-time?

Data updates depend on several factors:

  • Meta data: Updates every 15-30 minutes
  • TikTok data: Updates every 30-60 minutes
  • Platform limitations: Some metrics have 24-48 hour delays
  • API rate limits: High-volume accounts may experience longer delays

You can manually refresh data using the "Sync Now" button in your dashboard.

What permissions do you need from my ad accounts?

We request minimal permissions necessary for our service:

Meta Permissions:
  • ads_read - Read ad account data and metrics
  • business_management - Access Business Manager information
  • pages_read_engagement - Read page insights (if applicable)
TikTok Permissions:
  • Advertiser account read access
  • Campaign and ad group metrics
  • Audience insights (aggregated)

We never request write permissions or the ability to modify your campaigns.

How do I export my data?

You can export your data in several ways:

  • Dashboard exports: Use the export button on any report
  • Scheduled reports: Set up automated email reports
  • API access: Use our API for programmatic data access
  • Bulk export: Contact support for large data exports

Supported formats include CSV, Excel, and JSON.

What happens if my ad account gets suspended?

If your ad account is suspended by Meta or TikTok:

  • Historical data remains accessible in our platform
  • New data collection will stop until account is restored
  • You can still access reports and analytics for existing data
  • Contact the respective platform's support for account restoration

We cannot help with account suspensions as these are platform-specific issues.
