• Your TikTok Ads Manager account information
• Advertising spend, performance metrics, and campaign data
• Audience insights and demographic information (aggregated)

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
• You must have legitimate business purposes for accessing advertising data

3.2 Platform Compliance

You agree to:

• Comply with all Meta Platform Terms, Policies, and Community Standards
• Adhere to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Advertising Policies
• Respect all applicable privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Obtain necessary consents for data processing and advertising activities

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

4. Data Usage and Platform Compliance

Our Service and your use thereof must comply with:

7.2 Support Services

• Technical support is provided during business hours

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9. Termination

9.3 Effect of Termination

• All rights and licenses terminate immediately

• Outstanding fees become immediately due

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
